Wow!!!!! Time just seems like it has been flying by!!! I’ve had people to visit every day for the past few days and the rest of my week is already filling up!! I can’t even believe that I’m already in my sixth week of school!!!!!
This morning, I had yet another yummy bowl o’ overnight oats. Last night I prepared apple cinnamon oatmeal and put some chopped frozen peaches in the bowl to thaw overnight. Woke up in the morning, added some yogurt and had a wonderful, fruity, cinnamon-y breakfast.
I’ve also been trying out a new strength training workout instead of the pilates one that I used to do. I really enjoy it, but the only problem is that I don’t actually have dumbbells, so I use canned food! I probably look like a total idiot, but I actually get a fairly good workout.
I’ve been doing tons of school stuff this week…..trying to work ahead so that I can have a long weekend. Oh, the beauty of homeschooling! =D
I have contiuned not to count calories, and I can honestly say that I’ve never been less stressed. My body truly knows what it needs and how much it needs, and I’m learning to listen to it.
